District Court / Criminal Defence
Padraig J. Hyland & Co. represents clients in all District Court matters in the District Courts of County Wicklow and surrounding counties. We can also organise representation and/or attend personally in the Dublin Courts and further afield if the case or client requires it.
Criminal Legal Aid may be available to you depending on your circumstances and how serious the charge before the Court is under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme.
